Freezing water

Posted by
L'explorateur (Vancouver, Canada) on 19 January 2011 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

The artist is Jun Ren from China. The place is Vanier Park in Vancouver. And this is called Freezing water. It's liquid water stopped in motion, revealing its shape as a drop or as a spill caught in the air.
In the background you can see Downtown Vancouver and Burrard Bridge. This piece of art is part of the “Biennale”, a bi-annual public art exhibition that showcases many emerging international artists with more than 30 exhibitions all over the city and counting.

Acqua congelata
